The TMNT are teaming up with the After-School All-Stars (ASAS) this summer to teach a lesson on teamwork, loyalty, and most importantly — fun. ASAS provides comprehensive after school programs that are fun for kids and also keep them safe and help them achieve success in school and life. To reward the kids for their hard work throughout the year, the TMNT Party Bus will be "in session" at ASAS schools in Chicago (5/21), Las Vegas (7/10) and San Diego (7/22). The kids will have the opportunity to catch up on all things TMNT — from movies to memorabilia — as well as eat pizza, interact with the Party Bus and snap some pics hanging out with Michelangelo (did you think Mikey would miss a party?).
The Kids Cancer Connection is a nation-wide organization that does some really amazing things to fight cancer and to help kids who are already putting up a fierce battle against the disease. KCC also helps the families of cancer patients in those difficult times and raises public awareness of childhood cancer. KCC is a great partner for the TMNT and Mikey will be visiting hospitals in each of our city stops across the country in the hopes of spreading some Turtle love! These kids rock and the TMNT will be rocking with them.
The Turtles teamed with the Empire State Building to help shell-ebrate by lighting the iconic NYC building green on April 23rd as a way to honor 25 years of Turtle Power and pay homage to sewers and city they call home. This was the official launch of our NYC events, as well as the kick-off to the mobile reunion tour. The NYC skyline never looked greener! The TMNT have teamed up with the American Taekwondo Association for the cross-country Shell-ebration road trip. ATA is the premier North American organization dedicated to the martial arts discipline of taekwondo. There are over 1,500 schools across the globe that are affiliated with the organization. The ATA's philosophy of strong character, leadership and good values to enhance physical capabilities and maximize self-defense skills truly embodies Splinter's teachings, making them the perfect partner for the TMNT!
